PACIFIC HOUSE

A short walk from Sunshine Beach, the Pacific House is designed for a young family with two children who embrace the coastal lifestyle.

Formed around a central courtyard, this house allows natural light and ventilation to penetrate deep into the plan. The living spaces are located on the ground floor with large siding doors blurring the line between inside and out.

The upper floor is split into two wings at the stairs: to one end is a dedicated area for the children and an expansive master suite with ocean views to the other.

The durable burnished concrete floors are balanced with light oak timber, integrated soft furnishings and free form natural stone.
