This dual occupancy dwelling encompasses two full floor apartments paired with a shared roof terrace and garaging.

The eastern elevation opens to panoramic ocean views on all levels. A generously sized passage runs through the entire length of the plan allowing sea breezes to passively ventilate all spaces.

The materiality is low maintenance, responding to the harsh coastal environments. Raw self-finishing materials of off form concrete and bluestone crazy paving are balanced with the crispness of warm white rendered walls and timber accents.
